Many kitchens will describe themselves as bespoke. You can have a bespoke design, bespoke units, all laid out with a bespoke CAD drawing just for you. But how much of it is actually going to be unique? Much of this depends on the kitchen company you use and the fitter who comes out to personally fit the kitchen for you.
Lots of kitchen companies sell kitchens on a trade basis, only supplying to tradespeople. This means that you will deal directly with the fitter, who will design and fit your kitchen personally. This actually means that you might get a more bespoke design and service because the fitter will be more willing to play around with the products they buy as standard to make sure they fit into your kitchen. A kitchen company’s fitter may be less willing to adapt products. You can also have kitchen units and fittings built especially for you, which is the truly bespoke way of doing things.
